Pei Wei has great food, their only downside is their customer service when ordering take out. I had to wait 30 minutes for an order i called in 15 minutes earlier. The staff was rude and acted annoyed, even saying at one point ""fine, i was just trying to make you feel better"" when I declined a complimentary cookie for my 25 minute weight. Things happen and orders get delayed, but there is absolutely no excuse for rude staff. They lost a loyal customer tonight.
