I returned my vehicle for a warranty repair since my shifter stopped working within a few months of a full transmission rebuild. Was told I would have to pay nearly $300 for a shifter and cable replacement. When I refused and asked for the release of my vehicle to take it somehwere else, they discovered that it was just a loose bolt and tightened free of charge. This type of situation never happened with the previous owner and I did business there for years.
Pros: None since management changed
Cons: This place wants to charge for imaginary repairs.
