I went to Leland's to find out what I would need to upgrade my RC airplane engine. He told me he was familiar with my airplane and that I would need a $50 part to make the upgrade - he even suggested a specific one. I bought it, got home, and found out that the same part was already in my airplane (it was ""brushless ready""). When I took it back, he told me that he could not refund my money. I reminded him that HE told ME that I would need that product. Again, he said ""I can't refund your money, it's just my policy."" Terrible service!
Cons: Not knowledgable about planes.
