Norman's came to our house on APR 6, changed the lamp & never looked at the problem that I called them for. Today, May 27, we still don't have it fixed, they have the TV AND will NOT return our calls. Yes, I also have a Toshiba 56"" and I get nothing but the run around from the warranty company, HH Gregg, & nothing from Norman's. TV is only 2 years old and the lamp has been changed 4 times, color wheel,& TV doesn't work?? and they won't replace because they don't see a problem??
