To stop my Dad's service, I returned all the Charter equipment and showed them a death certificate for my Father. The rep said they would immediately cancel service. They are continuing to charge for additional service!
So you can't get rid of Charter even after you die!!!
What a way to run a business. If you search on Charter Cable reviews, you'll see many, many negative reviews for their customer service. They just don't care...
