Went here for my wife's b-day. The food was excellent, but the service was shoddy. A waiter knocked my wine glass into my lap, completely soaking me at the beginning of our dinner. The manager comes and offers to take care of the dry cleaning bill.\r

Now, I'm wasn't going in this place looking for a hand out, but I think his first response should have been, "your dinner is taken care of". When you arrive to a nice restaurant to have them dump wine on you, and then you have to sit in the freezing damp clothes and PAY for it?\r

I accepted his offer and left that night. It took 3 different phone calls to the managers at this restaurant and 3 different faxes of receipt to get them to finally cut a check for 32 dollars for dry cleaning. \r

This is not how you treat your guest when the steak on the menu is over 100 dollars!
