Don't ever use their detailing service, they do a crappy job. I brought my car in for a car wash, and also asked for a floormat shampoo. The car wash part was fine. When I got my car back from the detailing side (which is adjacent to the car wash), I noticed the floormats were no cleaner than when I brought them in, except now they are wet. I asked them to redo it. They must have just sprayed the floormats wet without any kind of scrubbing or cleaning because they brought them back to me and said that's the best they could do. I can't believe they charged me $55 for that. I went home, and put some Tide on the floormats, scrubbed a little bit with a sponge, and out came all the dirt, and my floormats were like new again. I was so disappointed with Lozano's detailing service. Thus, the 1 star.
