After visiting the Matador Cantina for the first time since its re-opening , I can definitely say there is finally a place for great Mexican food in Fullerton. The inviting atmosphere was amazing and my boyfriend loved the fact that he could watch sports on several new plasma screen TVs. We tried the specialty drinks and loved the Matador Margaritas!! The new menu has so many traditional and new Mexican food items. I ordered the Chorizo ravioli in a cilantro cream sauce and couldn’t believe how rich and delicious the flavor was. He had the Shrimp Diablo and loved it, the seasoning and spices were perfect. There is nowhere else to get gourmet cuisine for such reasonable prices and the service was great as well. We will definitely be back soon!
