April 2009, I walked out of there looking like I was going to a Halloween fest! This is my story...beware of this place! I walked in Salon DV8 expecting to get my normal service, but instead I got orange hair. The hair tech tried to correct HER error but was not competent enough to correct. I stayed there for 5 hours, 'NO LUCK'. After repeated attempts to fix their mess up I was just told her to stop. I left, after paying, and went home. The more I thought about it the more I hated my hair. I called to speak to the tech (Jamie), but no return. So I asked for the owner’s number. The owner did say she will refund my money so I said ok. 2 weeks later no refund so, I called Salon DV8 today and spoke with the admin person. I told the admin I had not received my refund and please have the owner call me. When the owner called me she was rude telling me that I will get my refund when she decided to cut the check and she called me a BITC*. So, my hair still messed up and no refund. If I were you I would not want that type of service. She does not care about her clients. Please back me up and find another hair professional as NONE are at DV8! Oh, cost there will run for highlights $180+ (thick hair rate) with NO guarantee. Is that what you want? Paying high dollar for sloppy work! Pros: Never know what you will get - Good or BAD!!!! Cons: On a bipolar day your hair will messed up w/no guarantee more
