I live near here so have visited Madras a few times, and each time I wished I had just drove to India's instead. A few weeks ago was the last time I visited about 11:30 am, and the place looked dead. Since we were early, I expected a fresh buffet, but instead, everything looked overcooked, and tasted bland. I hear the other Madras is good, but the one in Sugar Land...not so much.
