Marlenny is the most unprofessional person I have even seen. They gossip the customers by speaking Spanish. She gives cusotmer hard time if you point out where your hair needs to be fixed after she cuts your hair. She becomes extremely upset. And afterwords, every time, when you go to her salon to have hair cut, she talks to other hair stylists by saying this is the customer who teaches me how to make a haircut in a unfriendly and bitter tone. She even let you wait about 20 minutes even though there is no single customer in the salon and she was not doing anything. This is how she shows her retaliation.
