I went down to get a ring resized. The ring was size 7.5 and needed to be size 5. They told us it would take an hour. We came back in an hour and it was still too big. They told us they'll fix it and that it will be 30 mins. We came back in an hour and they still said it would be 15 mins. We came back, the ring fit and we left. As we were gone we noticed that the ring was bent on the bottom and that one of the prongs that held the gem was completely melted away. Came back to the store to ask why the prong was gone, the man TIN LE stated that the prong was never there. I told the man that the ring was purchased yesterday downstairs and was in perfect condition. I also told the man that the I assumed it melted when he resized it because you have to melt metal to make a ring a smaller size. The man said that he does not melt any metal when he resizes a ring and that the ring was old and the prong was not there. I told the man again that it was purchased downstairs. He grabbed the ring and told me to go with him to classic silver where it was purchased. As we were walking downstairs he kept yelling that it was not new and he did not melt off the prong. When we got to the silver store he asked the lady if it were purchased yesterday. Classic Silver said it was purchased yesterday. He yelled at her saying she needed to handle it and stormed off. Classic Silver is now fixing their mistake, because they have excellent customer service. On the contrary, FAST FIX has the worst customer service and do not recommend anyone going there!
