They must be really good, as they are either too busy to take on new customers, or extemely picky about who they choose to work for, not sure which. However it must be that they are too busy, as I am an ideal customer with lots of work to be done at my home. Additionally, I am easy to work with, and approachable. Initially, they did come out to give me an estimate. I have contacted them a few times within the past month, and they returned a couple of my calls, still providing for me, the hope of following through with their plans. I called periodically, and in my second to last call to them, politely expressed that if for any reason they did not want employment with me, to just let me know. That way of course, I could begin searching for a new handyman sooner. I guess they decided to ignore me altogether at this point. I rang them one last time today. After being disconnected a few times, I called back a couple of minutes later and reached their answering machine. I left a message, curteously informing them that I would go ahead and find a new handyman and relayed that it would have been nice of them to have made their intentions known. Very dissappointing.
Pros: The people who work for this company seem nice.
Cons: They do not seem to need the extra business.
