Went to Moto-I last night to eat on their roof top deck. It was closed ""due stormy skies"". But for some reason, all the other roof top decks and patio were open, Stellas', and the Herkimer next door which is where we went, and sat outside. So if you go there to sit on the deck, make sure that there is not a cloud withing 1000 miles as the managment will close it down. Let's say it did rain a little, which is all it would have maybe done if they had bothered to look at the radar, everyone could have moved inside as there was more than enough empty tables.
