Today I went in to Ray's to have him look at a watch that another 'repair' person broke. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the watch while I was eating lunch next door.
He was very polite and knows his business.
I won't be going anywhere else for watch repair again.
Pros: Fast quality service with no nonsense.
