I ordered a large quantity of trophies for two soccer teams. The company made an error on two of the trophies (the errors were theirs) and would not send replacement trophies. If they make the error, they should replace the items. I was happy to send them the trophies that were not correct, but they still would not send me replacements. \r

The customer service representative was very disrespectful. She cut me off several times and was not once friendly. \r

I will be ordering hundreds of trophies in the future, but none will be from Trophy Depot.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: I have never had such bad customer service, EVER!
