Melissa is great, but not so good at hiring help. The secretary / billing person is not very pleasant (or smart for that matter) and likes to make you feel small and unimportant. A mistake was made BY 'THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT' and by the time I got a bill (3 months later) it was past due and if I didn't make a payment right then it would got to collections. HUH? It was to late to send it to MY insurance by then - and trying to work out a payment schedule was a nightmare. ""We have been more than patient with you"" ETC. How consending can you be? It was Your fault for billing Medicare!! Everyone knows Medicare won't pay for dentures and if your in the business you should know that. DUH!!!
