I just discovered the Flat Iron recently. If you're looking for a flashy, trendy meat market, this place is not for you. If you're looking for some interesting conversation, some genuine diversity, some surprisingly good live blues and jazz, and reasonably priced drinks. I'd say it's the real-est bar in downtown G'boro. Yeah, it's smokey, but that just adds to the atmosphere (literally, I guess).
