My Mom, who has now passed on, had Alzheimer's and traded in her antique sewing machine here before I even knew it. I wanted to try to buy it back. I came into the store to inquire about it. After explaining the situation and the sentimental value it had to me, I asked if there was any chance they still had it. The lady coldly said ""no they probably just parted it out and threw the rest away since they had no use for an old machine like that"". After seeing the look of horror on my face at the thought of it being picked apart and thrown away. She said ""yep!"" as though she was very satisfied that her news shocked me. Then months later a friend reminded my of this incident when she went there and got a very snotty sales lady who was snobbish and not helpful. I'm pretty sure it was the same lady. Awful place don't go there. Even Hancock fabric next door did not seem surprised when she told them how unhelpful they were.
Cons: snotty sales woman, not at all helpful
