I took my motorhome in for an estimate to repair the roof where a tree fell on it. The rude guy in the shop complained about not being able to go home early because I was there for an estimate. The place was very unfriendly and contentious. After a week and no estimate, I called the rude *""*^*#** and he was even more ruder if you can beleive that!\r
A complaint call to David Hawley in Fayetteville was never responded to which verifies my theory that rude and unprofessional customer service usually starts at the top! I took it to Camping World in Greensboro, NC ...received excellent professional customer service and they get to do the $13K repair job. My advice. if you desire good customer service....stay as far away from Hawleys as you can!
