I had been going to Bookman's for quite awhile. I was told by an ex boyfriend that 2 employees were showing him items I had on hold and described the items to me. Well needless to say I do not shop there anymore. It's not right . What happened to customer service. Unbeleivable. Extremely Unprofessional
