A friend of mine encouraged me to go to Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga and I was immediately hooked! I work muscles I didn't know existed. I have had back problems for many years and I used to wake up with pain daily and that has disappeared and I have only been attending for 7 weeks. The teachers are phenomenal with helping to make sure that you doing the poses with correct alignment as well as providing modifications to poses for people like me, with back problems, etc. I have told everyone I know about how much I love the class and would highly recommend to anyone living in the Dallas area to go. You would be a positive step towards changing your life for the better.
