I like having a scheduled time and getting one-on-one attention from my trainer. He works me hard and the workouts are very focused. There is no wasted time.
Prior to joining X Gym, I had never been able to stick with gyms. What I like about X Gym is that the workouts are only 20 minutes, twice a week. I work hard and I also have time to do other, outdoor sports.
I would definitely recommend X Gym. The staff is very supportive of everybody. They answer all of my questions. They also are good at working around any medical conditions, such as a bad arm or leg.
