Hello I had a bill tha my insurance said that they won't pay and it went to Apollo Credit. I didnt ever knew about it till two year so after. I didnt think i was fair cause they never sent a bill of the cost and intrest keep pilling up. Brian my agent was rude he always accused me of not paying my bill and hanging up on me. He never listened that becaue of the economy I was layed off had no job and was to proud to file for unemployment. I'm still trying to find a job. He didnt care. I payed them off. Always ask for documentation and send letters and save them. Be tough and dont let them intimidate you. They told me that this would look horrible if I never payed. I never gave them my credit card because I felt that the company has no internet web site and I would rather pay by check just because they will charge the amount on the card and they dont care if you have the money. Be careful and smart.
