I used this outfit no prob until we got one day to the HVAC. Then they made up for all of it, overcharging me $500 for a fan motor. BEWARE! Was I dumb? Guess so. I suppose a consumer should know how to identify and price a particular motor on the internet in advance of accepting a service bid from a previously trusted company. I'll never use 'em again, and maybe my experience will convince you not to gamble your money on them either.
Pros: Someone at the company got some great new shoes...
Cons: ...while some poor stiff got really burned on his A/C
