I discontinued my service and asked that my key be mailed back to me. They agreed and when I arrived home the next day I opened my mailbox and there was the envelope. Just one problem, when I opened the letter there was no key. There was a rip in the envelope that had been taped. I contacted S&S and they told me there was nothing they could do. Am I to assume that there is a theif that rides around Pearland opening mail from S&S, stealing the key and then re-taping the envelope. I called the police and made a report and now I have to replace all my locks! They will see me in small claims court. How disappointing!
