First of all the tech was rude .Second, when it was installed, it was snowing and I did not open the backyard door. I opened it 2 days later and discovered technical problems. Called the number, it went to voicemail (last thing I want calling security service). The guy called back and said I need to pay $38 or 40 for someone to come out and check it. I said they should have installed it correctly in the first place as it was not even 48 hrs from the time it was installed. He screamed ""I don't care"".It was surreal. Felt like he was on some controlled substace! I asked for supervisor and found out he was the owner!!!! Pros: could not get to pros Cons: extremely rude, cheap and impolite more
