I chose this place to order all of my bridesmaids' dresses because of a sale they were having. I ordered Dessy dresses and when they came in they were all drastically too big - at least one full size. We measured VERY carefully and followed all of their charts for choosing sizes. When I tried to get the store to help me by sending the dresses back to the company or paying for part of the expensive alterations, it was a disaster. I argued with one of the salesgirls (she actually shouted at me and it became so unprofessional that the other girl working there told her to go in the back, which she refused to do), was ignored for several days by the manager, and when I finally met with the manager she was of no help. I wasted hours of complaining and grief because of buying from this store.
Bottom Line: Go elsewhere! I recommend Ginny's, which is very close by. I got my wedding dress there and was very happy with the service.
Even better, avoid the bridesmaid dress thing altogether and go to Nordstrom or Macy's online. At least look at their sites before you buy. They have a huge selection of dresses of very similar styles. I know it sounds like you would be missing out on the really fun part of picking out bridesmaid dresses, but it ended up being way more headache than fun.
