I've never gone out of my way to write a bad review and have rarely complained about the food served to me. However, when the duck salad I ordered had so many bones and gristle in it making it practically inedible, I mentioned it to our waitress. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. She later returned and told us her manager said,"" that happens"" and left. No apologies, no accommodations, nothing. That's a bad way to run a restaurant in these times. There are many other Thai restaurants in Queens that are way better. Leng Thai in Astoria is one. The only reason we didn't go there was that we wanted to stay local. Our mistake.
