Customer service, noise, attitude of management and staff were horrific. There was almost two hunderd dollars worth of ""hidden fees"" upon check-out, outside of taxes and such. Management did nothing to explain or justify these fees. It was crazy. View was of shopping center/ mall. Rates look reasonable, Guest BEWARE!
