I was a member for two years minus a period when they canceled my membership and then made me pay the initiation fee. I thought this was absurd being as I had been a member for a year. When attempting to cancel my membership, I was informed that I would have to pay for the next month as well even thought I was not using any services. The owner, Terry Ciaschi, then insulted my education and career experience when I complained about this policy. So inconsiderate. Other friends also complained of similar situations.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed by the incredibly low level of customer service. I would not recommend this place.
