Requested their 24K service detail and was highly disappointed. I had just got my car off the Matson ship and it had (I think) dead insects all on the bumper. After leaving my car with them for 5 hours (they apologized for the delay) I got my car back with the dead insects or whatever debris it was still on the bumper. I was able to get them off myself after I got home so obviously their lack of attention to detail and poor job was to blame. Don't waste your money going to these guys... unless you want to use your hard earned cash for a less than mediocre job on your car. more
