Although the facility has multiple beds, don't expect any customer service from the manager, Aaron Hubbard. The clothes hanger had been ripped down by someone and remained unfixed for over a week. After multiple requests to fix it, I spoke with Aaron (the manager) about it and his smart-a** reply was..."" this is not a priority."" So way to go and tell Stop N Go Tan customers that you don't care about their business, nor respect them when they put in a service request to ""improve the facility."" Once again, this simply shows you that U.S. customer service is NOW at an all time low and businesses don't care about their customers. I would recommend going elsewhere, unless you like to patron a mismanaged tanning facility that shows no respect for their clients.... way to go Aaron... way to set low expectations and fail to achieve them... you are a model citizen.
