I stopped at this dry cleaners to have them sew some patches onto my uniform. When I arrived to pick up my uniforms, I inspected them to insure the patches were attached properly as I had requested. I noticed that they were not sewn on straight. When I brought this to the manager, Christy's attention, she told me that due to the material stretching, the patches would be hard to center. I asked that they try. She became very angry and told me that her seamstress is not a machine. I requested that the problem be fixed before I agree to pay the $16 for having 4 patches attached. She grudgingly agreed. She then told me that she had never had a customer like me before. I wondered why a customer would not expect to get what they paid for? I will not be returning and neither should you. Avoid this cleaner and find one that doesn't mind making things right when they are not.
Pros: Near other stores that you might frequent like Food Lion
Cons: Customer service is lacking completely.
