this is the best all around bread I eat. Unbelievable texture and heartyness--with no fat or sugar to boot. Freezes great and once you try it you will not touch white bread(okay maybe dinner rolls!) again!
Pros: great for any meal, especially toasted
Cons: they are hard to reach-- must go to Gelson's!
