Ordered Mother's Day flowers from FTD and they used this company. When the flowers arrived they were all wilted with brown spots on many of the flowers. When I called FTD they sent out a replacement which was a tiny arraingement not even close to what I ordered...plus the fact that it looked left over from a valentine's gift...not appropriate for Mother's Day. After calling once again I found out that the florist actually called my mother and harrased her about complaining and even went as far as telling her what I supposedly paid for their service. Bottom line - do not buy from these people!
