I had been a CLM customer for eight years until today, when I cancelled my service due to rude employees and poor service. I made an appointment to have yard waste picked up and it never happened. They where supposed to pick up on Tuesday, the truck finally shows up today, Friday. My next door neighbor was having her roof replaced and the workers trucks parked in front of my house were forcing my neighbors to drive close to the branches, putting them at risk for damage. I finally took care of my own yard waste. I informed the person that I spoke to over the phone that if they did not intend to pick up when they said, why did they have me bring the waste out. They kept putting me off and stringing me along. I finally cancelled. I am going to be using the county bags which cost no more than two dollars per bag, and since I go to the recycling center often, it wont be a problem, and it will save me money, which is a good thing. I admit, I lost it on Thursday with the person over the phone. Others would have lost it sooner. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Even more so when you run a business. more
