Talked to salesman Chris regarding a custom new construction home which is ready for doors & trim. All was well, set an appointment for him to come on site. 2 hours after the appointment time he left a message saying couldn't make it because had to ""drive the forklift to load an order."" I called back twice more, leaving one message to re-schedule, never heard back. 3 weeks later I called to see if another salesman available who wanted to work with me, got a call back from their Admin saying that Chris claims to have called me back several times & not connected, and that ""maybe it better if we not work together."" Evidently they are more interested in letting their salespeople save face than getting new customers.
