Simple, affordable, old-school breakfasts and diner food done splendidly for those who go to restaurants when they're hungry and don't want to wait in line like it's L.A. Since the smoking ban, they've lost a lot of patrons who kept the video poker machines plugged and while I'm amazed there is no lingering stink, they have no elan other than the good food and I don't want them to fail.
Lovely outdoor patio dining (for smokers and non) with a spectacular view of the plaid pantry across the street. Excellent service (since it's often empty) and good cheap drinks! Let's go!
Pros: breakfasts, patty melts! salads! affordable.
