Does not pay his bills. The last company he owned (AJ Wismin Homes) simply disappeared in late 2008 without finishing the work they were contracted to do. Josh left his contractors unpaid and shut down company, changed his cell phone and email, shut down their office and turned off their website. They are currently being investigated by the MN Department of Labor. I would not hire them.
