It took one and a half days to even get a call back form a driver to find out where your car is. Asking the owner 'Bob"" to reduce the storage fee because of that, got him to hang up the phone on me 3 times. Like his manager said to me later: ""We're not in the business to make friends.."" - or handle anything in a professionally for that matter. They just hide behind their gate and dont answer the phone. Dont delay taking them to court - they have a bad reputation.
