Where to start,
Poultry Time was food I ate from the mid '60's until I left for CA in 1977. My mother still lives there, and each time I've been back, PT has been on the menu, with great sides...I always had a few particular favorites, besides the great chicken and best cole slaw...they made great roast beef in there...I don't know how Miltie got it that garlicky, but it was great sliced as deli meat for sandwiches. Also, can't leave out the knishes, the square ones...there's nothing like them in CA, I gave up searching a long time ago...do you send them frozen? Thanks for keeping everything pretty much the same, adjusting for modern preferences where necessary, and to be expected. RIP Miltie, and Hey! Errol, wherever you are!
