My husband and I ordered all the items we would need to redo our roof. I wanted to double-check their accuracy once the package was here. We counted the sheets and trim pieces, but neglected to count the pieces that go across the very top of the roof. We assumed it would be ok because everything else was there. Our mistake!! We got our roof almost completely finished, starting working on finishing touches and realized one entire piece is missing. Of course it is a holiday weekend AND it's going to rain. On top of that, we had to take off work early to go pick up the first time. We were told there was NO delivery on the phone. On the side of the building it had ""FREE Delivery"" so kind of makes you wonder. I guess we will have to see how they handle the missing piece. I hope there is a way to get it here yesterday!
