I have been training with Tom at Lifebodyfitness since november 2008, and have been amazed at the results that I have been seeing. Each time I train with Tom, he is innovative and always pushing me to my limits. I have had trainers from 24 hr fitness and bally's and have never been challenged nor seen results like I do with Tom.
