Once inside you you are greeted by a warm helpful staff, with the health of you pet as their primary focus. The Doctors are very busy, The staff makes you feel welcome and keeps you updated on any waiting time. Ii it was an emergency, like i WITNESED, EVERONE WAS TOLD, this pet is very sick. I'm sorry for your wait. Would woul like to run an errand and we will watch your pet or we have the paper. I elected to wait. I watched a well trained staff go into motion a 2 doctocs stabilize a pretty sick pet. This is definately the ""silk purse effect"" thank you for yor time.
