The staff is great with the exception of the office manager. She of all people mislead me about the terms of my insurance and how it works at Sears. I ended up having to go somewhere else after a very long hassle. There's not a very large selection of frames but there are some very nice styles there. The doctor was extremely nice and friendly. He was the best part of the whole experience.
