My dog used to be so happy here and the shop got sold. I will never use this shop again, as he came out smelly and itchy from the shampoo! I called and left a message and the girl hung up on me! Tried calling many more times to complain and got the run around by the owner. I was even told that it wasnt their fault! well, they are the ones that bathed my dog... it had to be their fault! I will never go here again, and I advise all to be aware!
Pros: Nothing here is worth it
Cons: Bad grooming, poor customer service, poor quality products
