I had been on Weight Watchers for about 4 months and was having bad leg pains. Mr. Ken (as we call him) listened carefully to the problem, asked a few questions about how much I was eating of certain foods and then proceeded to tell me I was not eating enough protein. He opened a few drawers, handed out several pages of dietary changes and some recipes. I increased my protein from 6 oz per day to Mr. Ken's recommended 12-15 oz per day, and in three days, the leg pains were gone and have not returned. I have since returned many times, and the advice is always free and accurate. Mr, Ken is patient and gives you all the time you need. Wonderful place.
