We needed to FedEX overnight closing papers on our home. The next day, the Title company called to ask if we'd sent the papers. We called the Copy Center to find out when it went out. He said, "the sign on the door says 3:00 pick up, it's not going out until today". It would have been nice if he would have told us that the day we took it in and told him we needed it there overnight. We now understand that FedEX pickup time is 3pm, but we never use FedEX and didn't know at the time. All he would have had to do is explain that when we took it in to send. Instead, he kept referring to the sign on his door that we didn't see. We won't be going back. Costomer service doesn't seem to be that big of a deal to them. Pack n Mail has FedEx service. We'll use them next time we need to send something FedEx.
