Had another company come out and put 6 lbs of Freon in my unit and charged me over $600. A week later the unit was not cooling so I had them come out again and they told me the freon was gone and that I needed to replace the unit. I talked with a friend at work who recommended Franklin Heating and Cooling. They came out the next day and cleaned my coil that the other company never cleaned and put one lb of Freon in the unit. The unit has worked well since. I feel Franklin Heating is an honest and reliable company to work with and do not try to take advantage of their customers like other companies do when they try to sell you things you do not need.
